Data is used to respond to enquiries, arrange surveys, prepare quotes, provide AC services, discuss repair or installation options and keep relevant service records.
WhatsApp messages and media
WhatsApp messages, photos and videos are handled through WhatsApp/Meta's service. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by WhatsApp, email or text.
Sharing information
DBX1 AC Services does not sell customer data. Information is only shared where needed to deliver the service, comply with legal duties or use necessary business tools such as email, messaging, file storage, accounting or operational support.
Website enquiry form
Enquiries submitted through the website are stored securely in Cloudflare D1 so DBX1 AC Services can respond to the enquiry, arrange next steps and keep a practical record of the request. This website does not use analytics, marketing tracking or tracking pixels.
Website storage
The website enquiry form stores the details you submit, including your enquiry type, customer type, contact details, postcode, message, consent confirmation, source page and basic browser user-agent. Email automation and alerting are not connected yet.
Photos and property details
The photo picker in the enquiry modal currently shows selected filenames only and does not upload files to DBX1 AC Services. If you send photos, videos or property details by email or WhatsApp, they will be used to understand the enquiry, assess whether an estimate or survey is suitable and help plan any service visit.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information where applicable. Some information may need to be kept where required for legal, tax, insurance or service record purposes.
